Always dragging heavy, rusted chains.
Lashes going across my back causing pains.
You always prevent convalescence,
As if what I say is simply nonsense.
Now to you all, my voice will only jut,
So take a needle and sow my mouth shut.
I've been completely worked to the bone
From all the acts the seers have condoned.
My lungs deplete from the lack of air,
And now not a single person has cared.
Solitude makes my heart stop pumping
Because the blood in my veins are freezing.
I'm alone, drowning in the bitter sea.
All the salt in my wounds keep stinging me.
I close my eyes and begin to feign
That someone doesn't think I am insane.
I just want someone to grab my hand
And drag my body back unto the sands.
Then an amazing woman came by
And looked deeply into my tired eyes.
Her hair: so beautiful and so soft,
My hopes and spirits had begun to loft.
She neared the edge and she looked at me,
Then kicked my face and sent me to sea.
